By expanding on the art traditions of portraiture and landscape, Seasons intertwines contemporary Montanans with elements of the season which best reflect—and celebrate—the individual shown. Growing out of an original inquiry of what qualities make a Montanan distinctly Montanan, these drawings are a prelude to a broader examination of the collaboration that occurs between a place and the people that occupy it.
